Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while still respecting our team’s time and resources. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies carefully before booking.

 

Cancellations

Standard Bookings (Trailer, Stage, Add-Ons)

• 72 Hours or More Before Event Date

  • You may cancel your booking for a partial refund of your deposit if notice is given at least 72 hours (3 days)before your scheduled event.

• Less Than 72 Hours’ Notice

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Any deposit or payments made will be forfeited.

• Same-Day or No-Show

  • If we arrive on-site and are unable to complete the setup or services due to customer absence, venue issues, or lack of access, the booking is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

 

Rescheduling

We’re happy to accommodate one-time rescheduling based on availability.

• More Than 48 Hours’ Notice

  • You may reschedule your event at no extra charge (subject to availability) with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice

  • A $50 rescheduling fee may apply to changes made within 48 hours of your event date.

 

Refunds

• Partial refunds are only issued for cancellations made 72+ hours in advance.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original form of payment.

• If your event is canceled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund or credit may be issued based on circumstances.

 

Add-On Services

Add-ons (such as LED furniture, bar services, etc.) are custom-prepared and reserved in advance, so:

• Changes to add-ons must be made at least 48 hours before your event.

• Last-minute add-on cancellations are non-refundable, even if the rest of the booking remains.​
